Gracie Green named new executive director
Camp Albrecht Acres is pleased to announce Gracie Green as its new executive director.
Green joined Camp Albrecht Acres in March 2025 as the senior camp director and helped oversee a successful summer season.
Her prior experience includes four years as program director at a camp and retreat center in central Iowa, as well as a range of leadership roles at long-term-care facilities.
“We are excited to welcome Gracie as the new leader of Camp Albrecht Acres,” said Jim Liddle, Camp Albrecht Acres board president. “She has multiple years of experience working with campers of all abilities, and we are confident that Gracie has the skills, compassion and love of our campers and camp to lead us into the future.”
Green looks forward to increasing the number of people the camp serves and forging strong connections with local organizations and the community.
“Camp Albrecht Acres is a magical place brought to life by our campers,” she said. “What an honor to get to play a part in the camp’s story. We’re here to serve an amazing community and their support systems. The future of camp – just like its rich history – is bright.
'I’m excited to move camp forward in growth, service and joy.”
Green can be reached at 563-552-1771 and [email protected].
